27 May Autumn Salad
The best fall salad, bursting with Autumn’s freshest flavours. For no heat, try our Sweet Whole GOLDEW® Peppers. Suitable for Vegan diets.
- 4 figs, quartered
- 2 pears, sliced
- 1 head of celery, sliced and reserve the leaves
- 1 fennel bulb, sliced
- 10- 12 PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers Mild or Hot Whole
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- Micro herbs to garnish
For the dressing
- 200 ml olive oil
- 50 ml red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 whole PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers Mild or Hot
- 1 tbsp castor sugar
- Arrange all the salad ingredients on a platter and garnish.
- To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients in a blender and whizz.
- Serve with the salad
